CREATE

Current Library: Pick the tree library you want to use. A tree library consists of Standard Materials with Diffuse Maps and Opacity Maps.
Tree Shop tries to load the ml_trees.mat library at startup.

Tree Control: (use the tooltips to identify icons)

Material Library PopUp menu: Loads a tree-map from the current library.

Pick Material From Scene: Loads a tree-map from the scene.

Get Material From Library: Loads a tree-map from another library than the current.

Large View: Large View of the current tree-map (Diffuse Map only)

Assign Material to Selection: Applies the current tree-map to selected objects.

Create New Tree: Creates a new ml_tree object with the current tree material.

CALLBACK ENGINES

Face Renderview: Turns all trees to the avtive perspective viewport when rendering. This is a good option for still images but no for animations.

Use Bitmap Aspect: Modifies all trees to match the assined materials bitmap aspect ratio. This avoids distortions by streched bitmaps, especially important for people bitmaps.

Use the Update buttons to trigger the functions manually, otherwise they will be executed at rendertime.

SETTINGS

Affect All Scene Trees: All modifications in the 'Settings' rollout will be applied to all tree objects in the scene.

Affect Selected Only: Manipulates only selected trees.

Randomize: Randomizes parameters between the given min and max values.

Randomize Maps: Assigns a random map from the current library.

Plant: Aligns the trees to a ground object. First click on 'Pick Ground', select an object, then press 'V' to align the trees to the objects.
The trees must be above the ground object (Z position).

ADVANCED

Display Tree MAps : Turns all bitmaps in the viewport on/off. This doesn't affect rendering but viewport speed.

Interactive Camera Follow : When activated the trees will always face the picked camera. This is for compatibility reasons to previous versions, it is better to use the 'Face Renderview' callback engine.
